The rules for using Forkly as a customer.
By creating an account or placing an order on Forkly you agree to these terms.
Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy food from the restaurant shown. The order is confirmed when the restaurant accepts it. Prices, fees and estimated times are shown before you pay and may change until then.
Cancellations
You can cancel from the order page until the restaurant accepts. After that the food is being prepared for you, so please contact support — we will always look for a fair solution.
Payments
You can pay cash on delivery, by bKash or Nagad, or by card where available. Mobile banking payments are verified by our team; if a payment can’t be verified we will contact you before the order is delivered.
Your account
Keep your password private. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse of riders or restaurants, or repeated fake orders.
